Who we are.

Simone Levi – Chief Learning Officer Simone is a leading Learning and Development expert having worked with more than a hundred businesses across Australia, honing the capability to analyse and understand a business’s learning and development requirements and the levers to execute those needs efficiently. By offering an objective viewpoint, coupled with strategic thinking, the connections that hinder or drive an organisations big picture strategies are clearly identified and understood. Simone identifies and addresses these items by engendering trust, a passion to understand all the viewpoints and harmonising the wants and needs of all parties in line with the company’s vision. Simone’s experience covers industries ranging from food retail, logistics, hospitality services, insurance and manufacturing. This has fostered a unique ability to understand and translate the needs of a variety of industries into their existing culture.
